Bill and Cheryl Lalack run a luxury bed and breakfast in Newport overlooking Yaquina bay.  Check out the photo gallery on their site.  The photos look like an old fashioned photo album, but they zip open into a larger view.

This site is totally updatable by them, which they are excited about.  They have an admin where they can add, edit and delete photos from their photo gallery, and can edit their text throughout the site whenever they want.

Their home is as warm as this website feels!  Congratulations Bill and Cheryl!
