grayswebdesign on Tip of the day! do you have a business page on facebook to promote your business, or are you using your personal profile that requires you to “friend” people?
If not, create one by clicking on “ads and pages” on your left bar of your friend page. Then click “Create Page.” It’ll walk you through the steps from there.
There are several advantages, not the least of which is that everyone can see your business content whether they have “friended” you or not. You get greater exposure this way. When someone “likes” your business page, each of your posts pulls into their News Feed. But even if someone has not “liked” your page, they can still go to your wall and read what you have posted. This is good!

Oregon Coast Today is a GREAT example of a business using facebook to its fullest extent. Check them out: http://www.facebook.com/OregonCoastToday. They have fun and useful posts, and always respond to comments.
No surprise that they have over 4200 fans. I’m one of them.
